JLLE maintains a rigorous double-blind peer review system to ensure the highest scholarly standards.
Step 1 – Editorial Screening
All submissions are screened by the Editorial Board for:

Relevance to the journal’s scope

Originality and significance

Adherence to submission guidelines

Language quality
Manuscripts failing to meet basic requirements may be desk-rejected.
Step 2 – Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts are sent to two independent expert reviewers.

Both the author(s) and reviewers remain anonymous.

Reviewers evaluate originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity, and relevance.
Step 3 – Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor may decide:

Accept without revision

Step 4 – Revision and Resubmission

Authors must respond to reviewer feedback and provide a response letter detailing changes.
